The Recovery Café is a community of men and women supporting one another along the journey of recovery. The Café is a clean and sober place where you can find the experience, strength and hope of other recovering people. We are open Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00pm-6:30pm.

We primarily support one another through PDF 12-step meetings (PDF: 106KB), Classes, and Recovery Circles. Our PDF Schedule (PDF: 246KB) includes lots of different recovery support options throughout the week (including early morning and weekend 12-step meetings). You can also visit our links page to see 12-step schedules for the whole area.

Experience Strength and Hope

Recovery Café members have amazing and unique stories. Come meet some of our members.

Membership Requirements

Recovery Café invites men and women who want to be part of a supportive recovery community to become members of the Cafe. Membership requirements are simple:

  1. Have a sincere desire to work on your recovery as part of a community, and
  2. Participate in one of our weekly Recovery Circles (see below).

The Café is open for members only from 12:00-3:30pm each day. After 3:45pm, our afternoon and evening 12-step meetings are open to everyone. You must be clean and sober to participate in Cafe programs.   All 12-step meetings at Recovery Cafe are open to anyone with a sincere desire to be free from his/her addiction.

Dinner is served nightly at 5:15pm, for people who are part of 12-step meetings or Recovery Circles at the Cafe.

Recovery Circles

A Recovery Circle is a committed accountability circle of 3-7 members who meet at least once a week to support one another in their recovery journeys. Everyone who visits the Recovery Café is welcome to become a member of a “Recovery Circle.” Recovery Circles are a requirement to be a member of the Cafe (see above). Facilitated by a staff member or volunteer, the Recovery Circles focus on the four “S’s”: Surrender, Show-Up And Surround, Set Aside Time For Silence/Prayer, Serve.

Classes

We offer a variety of different classes on topics that help members deepen their recovery journeys. Past topics have included yoga, expressive art, interpersonal relationships, personal boundaries, spiritual tools for recovery, men's and women's discussion groups and anger management. Check our PDF schedule (PDF: 30KB) to see what classes are being offered currently.
